Product support

ARCXCOVAEL LLC - policy revision vf-1.0-20261026.

Contact support@arcxcovael.com for installation, supported-host compatibility, licensing/account corrections, lost-license recovery, product problems and privacy requests. English-language email support is provided on a reasonable efforts basis. There is no guaranteed response time, service-level agreement, unlimited consulting entitlement or promise of indefinite future compatibility. Mandatory consumer remedies and payment-provider obligations remain unaffected.

What support covers

We provide email help with the product areas listed above. Reasonable efforts means we assess the issue and try to help within our available capacity. It does not promise a reply or fix within a fixed number of hours or days, a staffed telephone service, unlimited consulting, custom development or compatibility with every future operating-system or host release. Mandatory remedies and payment-provider obligations are not reduced by these limits.

Your permanent 1.x license is separate from support availability. It includes 1.x updates that we release; it is not a promise to produce updates forever. The Privacy notice's 24-month period concerns retaining correspondence after a support case closes. It is not a two-year support entitlement or an expiry date for the software license. A request to access, correct or delete personal data is handled under the Privacy notice and applicable requirements.

Supported configuration

Currently verified hosts are Windows desktop 1.14.4 and 1.14.5. Other operating systems and host versions are not promised. Graph Views is an optional free MPL companion with its own license, installation and compatibility requirements.

Asking for help safely

First send a concise symptom, product/host version and secret-free status summary. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, activation codes, signed proofs, encrypted credential files or vault contents. If additional diagnostics are necessary we explain why, minimize the request and obtain your agreement.

Maintain independent, current vault/notes/configuration backups and verify restoration before enabling automation, changing exclusions/output locations or updating. Preserve later edits during recovery. Do not remove protective filtering, clear metadata caches or bulk-restore generated notes to repair an account error.

License recovery

For a lost license, use the account connection first. If recovery fails, contact us with your account email and ordinary purchase reference. Do not send secrets. We verify ownership before making account/purchase changes. A correction does not create another trial or withdraw the original permanent 1.x entitlement.

Version timing, continuing support and optional upgrades

There is no fixed interval between major releases and no guaranteed minimum time before the next major version. A new major version may arrive sooner or later than expected. We continue to support 1.x under this Support policy when a later major version is released; introducing 2.0 does not itself end 1.x support or shorten an existing permanent 1.x license.

Your purchase includes the 1.x updates that we release. Future major versions are optional separate upgrades and may have different prices, features and terms, disclosed before purchase. You are not required to buy a new major version to retain your existing 1.x rights. Any later change in support scope will be communicated through updated product documentation, while preserving accepted license rights and applicable requirements. This is not a promise to release updates on a fixed schedule or to support every future host version.
