ARCXCOVAEL LLC · FULL-RELEASE INFORMATION

Proprietary 1.x license

1. Agreement, scope and free protections

This agreement governs proprietary portions of the lawfully obtained Vault Foundations software supplied by ARCXCOVAEL LLC. It applies when presented by an authorized release and accepted through its identified process. Possessing a private development or review copy does not authorize distribution.

You may use the supplied early filtering, performance protections, status and recovery, and existing generated navigation without purchasing full navigation access. Your notes and ordinary links remain usable and editable independently. Full access adds ongoing automatic folder, root and optional Home navigation upkeep. Local processing does not give the company ownership of your vault.

One purchased license covers one named person for personal and internal business use across devices that person owns or is authorized to use and their vaults. There is no numeric device or vault limit for that person. It is not a shared team or household seat. Organizations need a seat for each named person.

2. Your production trial

Your one 30-day production trial starts only when you are signed in, accept the presented terms and explicitly select "Start 30-day trial". Downloading, signing in, accepting terms alone, waiting and earlier private testing do not start it. Reinstalling, changing devices or vaults, reconnecting and updating do not restart the same account's original trial. Contact support for an incorrectly recorded start or deadline.

Online activation and periodic trial checks are required. A verified signed offline allowance lasts up to 24 hours after a successful check and never beyond the original trial end. The panel shows the next check deadline. A service outage does not extend that deadline or create unsigned access. Starting a trial does not create an automatic charge, subscription or payment-card obligation.

3. Purchase and permanent 1.x rights

After a valid purchase, the named person receives permanent, nonexclusive use of version 1.x and all 1.x updates ARCXCOVAEL LLC releases, including features released within 1.x. Future major versions starting with 2.0 are optional. A later subscription or pricing change does not require repurchasing that 1.x entitlement. This does not promise indefinite development, download hosting, individual support or compatibility with every future host version.

The Sales and Founding Offer policy states price eligibility and deadlines. The seller, currency, one-time price, applicable tax, total and sales policies must be shown before payment. Starting a trial authorizes no automatic purchase. An already-open, server-created checkout retains its quoted price if payment completes later; a new checkout uses the eligibility then applicable.

All sales are final. We do not offer discretionary refunds, including change-of-mind refunds. Use the 30-day trial to evaluate compatibility, performance and suitability before purchasing. This does not limit mandatory legal remedies or payment-provider obligations and authority.

A purchased 1.x signed proof does not require recurring server contact. Keep a lawful backup for your licensed use. Losing a proof or moving without it can require online account recovery and reasonable purchase evidence. A service outage does not itself terminate an otherwise valid purchased entitlement.

4. Your content, safe fallback and backups

You retain rights in your notes, vault contents, annotations, configurations and generated Markdown. This agreement gives the company no ownership of, access to or right to train on those contents. You may read, edit, retain, export and share generated folder notes and ordinary links without full navigation access.

Expiry or nonpurchase pauses new paid automation. It does not authorize deleting, encrypting, corrupting or hiding notes, annotations or generated pages, removing ordinary editing, or abruptly withdrawing early filtering and performance protections. An already-admitted transaction may finish before subsequent paid work pauses. Settings, identities and recovery are preserved. No remote wipe is authorized.

Maintain independent, current backups of your vault, notes and configuration. Verify restoration before enabling automated navigation, changing exclusions, moving generated-output locations or updating. Local recovery supplements your backup; it does not replace it or waive mandatory legal rights.

5. Proprietary material and other licenses

ARCXCOVAEL LLC and its licensors retain the rights they hold. The product is licensed, not sold. Except where applicable law or an identified third-party license permits otherwise, you may not redistribute, sell, sublicense, publish, share or modify proprietary source or binaries, distribute derivatives, share personal activation credentials, or reverse engineer or decompile proprietary code without written permission. Linking to an official download is permitted.

These restrictions do not cover your notes, public interfaces, unprotected ideas, independently created software or rights that cannot lawfully be restricted. They create no patent or ownership of a method. Identified third-party components retain their permissions and notices; those terms prevail for their covered material. Graph Views is separate under its own license. It is not required, bundled or relicensed here. No endorsement by the host developer is implied.

You may discuss your experience, publish reviews and share screenshots subject to other people's privacy and separate confidentiality agreements you accepted. This agreement is not an NDA. Feedback does not transfer your notes or authorize use of your name or testimonial without separate consent.

6. Privacy, support and changes

The Privacy and Support policies describe account/licensing data, providers, retention, requests and the support scope. Contact support@arcxcovael.com. The licensing flow does not send notes, vault names, paths, filenames, directory inventories or hardware identifiers. Sign-in and network providers may process necessary account, browser, IP/network and security records. Optional remembered connections use encrypted application-profile storage outside the vault.

Material changes require disclosure and acceptance where required. Changes do not retroactively replace accepted permanent 1.x grants or third-party permissions. Sign-in alone is not trial-start consent, and sign-out is not account deletion.

7. Responsibility

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NONINFRINGEMENT. ERROR-FREE OPERATION AND UNINTERRUPTED HOST COMPATIBILITY ARE NOT PROMISED. TO THAT SAME EXTENT, LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS IS EXCLUDED. MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS AND LIABILITIES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED REMAIN UNAFFECTED.

8. Ending use and breach

You may stop using the product. The company may terminate proprietary rights for a material breach remaining uncured 30 days after notice identifies the breach and a correction route, subject to law. A legally required refund or valid payment-provider reversal may affect future paid issuance under the disclosed policy and law. An issued permanent offline proof cannot be reliably recalled remotely. These provisions do not override note preservation, free protections or valid third-party rights. Invalid provisions do not invalidate other lawful provisions. No mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver or choice of court is added.
